Hi, I’m Raven Chai
I founded the company in 2008 as one of the first few Singapore-based user experience consultancy firms, specializes in Information Architecture & Interaction design, Usability Evaluation and UX Strategy. Over the past 4 years, I was involved in more than 40 projects conducting usability evaluation and design on a variety of products.
With over 12 years of experience in the IT industry and being a former technologist in Arthur Andersen in the early days of my career, I have managed many user-centered projects that synthesized marketing, technology and user goals from concept to launch.

Biography
Being an evangelist for user experience in Singapore, I’m also dedicated to seek new ways to promote the awareness and importance of user experience within Asia and create products that can integrate into people’s daily lives.
