Objective:
Conduct usability testing on 3 different TV user interface prototypes to identify areas for improvements and gather new design ideas.
What we do:
- Conduct usability testing with actual customers in a living room environment to simulate real-life experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the design by adopting a parallel design approach ( 3 different designs concurrently).
- Provide design recommendations to the business development team for further design iterations. This is a joint project with our market research partner – Consumer Probe.
