Designed to promote collaboration within interdisciplinary in-house teams, this 2-day workshop is a condensed version of UX Consulting’s comprehensive coaching programme on how interdisciplinary in-house teams can apply UX practices to build meaningful digital products.
During this workshop, participants will undertake a group project that simulates a full round of the digital product life-cycle. Activities include a detailed introduction of user experience practice, creation of personas and customer journey maps, design validation sessions, and refinement of the product.
Participants should sign up as an in-house interdisciplinary team of 3-5.
As part of the coaching framework, and in order for workshop participants to experience how to effectively collaborate in an in-house interdisciplinary team, we require each team to have at least one member each of these roles:
- Product / Project Manager
- Designer (UX / UI / Interaction / Visual)
- Developer (Front-end / Mobile App)
Teams may use their remaining slot(s) to include members in the following roles:
- Digital Marketer
- Business Analyst
All participants must be able to attend all workshop sessions.
