What the training programme is about

The training programme’s objectives are to build the hard and soft skills you will need as a competent UX practitioner, which includes experiential learning through real-life projects, hands-on practice & group-based collaboration, and contextual group & individual coaching. You will work on real-life project topics submitted by yourself and/or peers of the cohort as part of the course work.

This programme is a long-term commitment from 6 February 2020 to 18 September 2020, running across 33 weeks with approximately 120 hours required from each and every participant. All workshops will be conducted on Thursdays and Fridays from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We highly encourage you to be present and commit to the full hours for it to be beneficial for you.

Who is suitable for this programme?
The team or individual who has some digital project experiences, and the enthusiasm to grow your UX competencies is the right person for this training programme. You have the option to submit a project topic either from your organisation, or personal interests as part of the course work, subjected to our UX coach’s evaluation to assess its relevance and feasibility for the benefit of the entire cohort.

Each session includes hands-on activities to build skills progressively through a framework that participants can apply in real-world projects. For some specific modules, there will be group-based collaboration activities and in-person/remote coaching sessions, which will require out-of-workshop time commitments.
