This 3-day workshop is a fast-paced, condensed version of digital product life cycle activities to apply UX research techniques to uncover meaningful insights to build digital products. It is designed to promote collaboration within interdisciplinary in-house teams in taking on a group project by practicing different UX approaches and techniques.

The training programme’s objectives are to build the hard and soft skills you will need as a competent UX practitioner, which includes experiential learning through working on real-life projects, hands-on practice & group-based collaboration, and contextual group & individual coaching.
