Operations & Office Manager


  • Planning for the right team members working on the right projects, based on understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of our people that matches our clients’ objectives.
  • Plan and manage the resources every employee might need to perform their roles effectively, that includes taking care of front of house, internal office systems and team workflow.
  • Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures, including payroll preparation, basic bookkeeping, designing filing systems; reviewing and managing supply requisitions.
  • Manage and plan budgets and expenses to reflect the financial health of our business.
