    Operations & Office Manager

    Singapore and Taiwan


    • Oversee the maintenance of office systems and work space — ensure that the work environment is clean and enjoyable.
    • Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures — this includes payroll preparation, designing filing systems; reviewing and managing supply requisitions.
    • Manage and plan financial matters for the company, including general office budget and expenses.
    • Plan and manage the resources every employee might need to perform their roles effectively.
