This workshop is to learn to apply UX research techniques to uncover meaningful insights that helps to drive product planning and design activities to build digital products.
Participants will take on a group project to create customer personas based on existing data sources, and synthesise research findings to derive insights statements and product prioritisation to drive product planning and design activities.
The group will learn to conduct content audit that will support the initial phase of information architecture design of the digital product. The participants will also learn to conduct research method like card-sorting & analysis to further validate the initial information architecture design.
There will be a total of 6 workshop sessions (3.5 hrs / per workshop) spread across 8 – 12 weeks duration to allow participants to work on the group project ion between each workshop session.
