Why we conduct workshops

We aim to build UX competencies on fundamental topics based on our learnings from 170+ UX project experiences.

Participants will learn and practice in a fast pace, high intensity environment to produce UX deliverables that are relevant in our daily work.

Participants will also have the opportunity to deepen their learning through reflections, retrospective and peer sharing sessions.

How our workshops are conducted

Our workshops are a mix of instructor-led presentations, action-learning, group collaborations and individual reflections to help participants retain learnings more effectively.

Each session includes fun, hands-on activities to build skills progressively through a framework that participants can apply in real-world projects.

Innovation through Product Validation @Singapore 2018

This 3-day workshop is a fast-paced, condensed version of digital product life cycle activities to apply UX practices to build meaningful digital products. It is designed to promote collaboration within interdisciplinary in-house teams in taking on a group project by practicing different UX approaches and techniques.

Why we conduct coaching programmes

We believe it is through good & consistent practice that will help develop applicable, practical competencies – similar to how athletes practice their sports. The workshops we are conducting focus primarily on actionable, learnable activities through individual, pair and group practices.

Our primary target audiences are:

How our coaching programmes are like

The sessions will be in both a one-to-many facilitation format and a one-on-one coaching format with the designated team which will focus on the following:

Depending on the needs of your organisation, we may partner with other UX / Agile / Product coaches for a holistic programme.
