    UX Designer

    Role

    • Involve in the ideation and creation of design deliverables (e.g. sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes).
    • Serve as the voice of the end user and the source of knowledge about user insights and requirements
    • Work collaboratively with UX researchers, UI designers and front-end developers to create meaningful user experiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with UX researchers to design research experiments (e.g. discussion guides, recruitment criteria/screeners, etc.) and convert study findings into actionable items.
    • Prototype and validate new ideas and concepts.
    • Deliver design concepts and solutions in varying degrees of fidelity and detail.
    • Execute interaction design as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
    • Guide developers in implementing designs and facilitating the handover of interaction flows.
    • Document findings through personas, user stories, and strategy documents.
    • Support facilitation in design workshops.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years experience in interactive experience — has an intimate knowledge of industry tools, and a solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, information architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.
    • Has experience in designing for a variety of screen sizes and platforms for fully responsive web design and/or for mobile apps (touch-screen devices).
    • Able to execute design with industry-standard design & prototyping software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Axure, InVision).
    • Willing to learn to conduct interviews and research methods as part of your portfolio.
    • We will only consider candidates who are currently residing in Taiwan.
