UX Project Manager

Singapore

Role

  • Responsible in leading, planning, executing and delivering user-centric design and/or customer research digital projects.
  • Manage projects from pre-sales to final delivery stages, work collaboratively with internal team members and/or external partners to ensure timely delivery within budget, and to adhere to the project quality standards.
  • Act as the link between the clients, UX and technical delivery teams to ensure project objectives fit into clients’ business objectives.
  • You will work with the principal consultant in project scoping & proposals, and assisting in prioritising product development backlog for digital projects.
  • You may be required to conduct requirements gathering, participate in user-centered research (including usability testing) and design sprints activities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of delivery services, within the constraints of user expectations and budgets.
  • Work with the principal consultant to scope projects with considerations between quality of delivery, time and effort required.
  • Work with design team members to synthesise research findings to actionable insights, and contribute in design sprints for rapid prototyping and implementation phase.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management capacity in either design and/or software development agency.
  • Strong experience delivering digital services and software development projects in a user-centered design environment.
  • Possesses prior experiences as a UX practitioner either as UX designers (visual designers, information architects, etc.) or UX researchers in delivering digital services.
  • You will have to be residing in Singapore.
